Individual Membership
The Black Trustee Alliance for Art Museums was formed to build and strengthen relationships amongst Black trustees across the nation, with the goal of becoming more effective advocates for change, equity, and inclusion. With the sustained support of BTA members, we will collectively create the changes we wish to see in art museums in our individual communities and across the country.

Patron
Variable levels – $2,500/year $5,000/year
BTA’s Patrons contribute a minimum of $2,500 in support of BTA’s operations, member programming, publications, and data-driven research initiatives.

Leadership Circle
BTA’s Leadership Circle contributes $10,000+ and plays a critical role in sustaining and advancing BTA’s mission and impact across the field. Leadership Circle support underwrites our governance education, research, and advocacy efforts, strengthening the presence and influence of Black voices in museums and shaping institutional change at the highest levels.
