Location: Navy Pier Chicago, 600 E Grand Ave
Event Time: 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Parking & Arrival: Parking instructions linked here. The recommended entrance at Navy Pier is at Entrance 2 (by the Sable hotel) on Navy Pier at the East Entrance.
Thursday, April 11
BTA Welcome Reception: Exhibition Preview Featuring McArthur Binion And Jules Allen
Location: GRAY Chicago, 2044 W Carroll Ave.
Event Time: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Parking & Arrival: Street parking is recommended, please enter through the gallery entrance on Carroll Ave.
BTA Transportation: Buses will depart from Navy Pier promptly at 6:30 PM. Please meet near the MCA registration desk located on the second floor, near the EXPO CHICAGO West fair entrance, at 6:15 PM. Transportation will also be provided back to the partner hotels at 8:30 PM.
Friday, April 12
Mainstage Day
Location: Art Institute of Chicago, 159 E Monroe – West Box Entrance
Event Time: 10:00 AM – 5:20 PM
Parking & Arrival: Please ensure to enter 159 E Monroe as your address to enter the West Box Entrance. See parking instructions linked here. The nearest garage is Millenium Park South garage (vehicle entrance is on Columbus). Metered street parking on Columbus is available.
BTA Transportation: Buses will depart from our partner hotels, 21C Hotel and the Chicago Athletic Association Hotel promptly at 9:15 AM. Please meet in the lobby of the hotel, a BTA team member will present to assist with boarding the bus. Note, the Chicago Athletic Association Hotel is an 11-minute walk to the venue should you decide to walk. Transportation will also be provided back to the partner hotels at 5:30 PM.
Friday, April 12
Seated Dinner Celebration
Location: The Richard H. Driehaus Museum, 40 E Erie St
Event Time: 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM (Welcome cocktail & museum viewing at 6:30 PM; remarks and dinner served at 7:30 PM)

Please meet in the lobby of the hotel, a BTA team member will present to assist with boarding the bus. Note, 21C Hotel is a 3-minute walk to the venue should you decide to walk. Transportation will also be provided back to the partner hotels at 9:30 PM.
Saturday, April 13
Architecture Boat Tour with Amanda Williams
Location: 112 E Wacker Dr
Event Time: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM (Set sail promptly at 9:30 PM)
Parking: Parking at the Illinois Center at 111 E. Wacker Dr. is available at a discounted rate of $16 for less than 4 hours of parking by booking in advance online here, or having your parking ticket validated by the bartender on the boat. SpotHero is also recommended.
Arrival: The dock is along the Chicago Riverwalk. Use stairs at the NE corner of N. Michigan Ave & E. Wacker Drive. For the accessible drop-off area, please reference this document.
