Description

The Portland Art Museum (referred to as Museum) and the Center for an Untold Tomorrow (referred to as PAM CUT) invites applications for the position of Individual Giving Coordinator. The Individual Giving Coordinator reports to the Associate Director of Individual Giving and is a member of the Development team which is responsible for fundraising in support of the mission of the Portland Art Museum and the Center for the Untold Tomorrow.

This position participates in the growth of the Individual Giving program through prospect development, analysis, and coordination of all activities associated with raising campaign, major, planned, and annual gifts from individual donors. This person is resourceful, provides proactive strategic and tactical support in crafting donor communications, is a strong creative writer, and is excited about helping to identify new individual donors. Actively aims to diversify the Museum’s donor pipeline and integrates new opportunities for participation and connection for donors at all levels.
